iOS 4.3.3 Released, Jailbreak Coming in Next Few Days

iOS 4.3.3 was released today to fix a couple of minor errors and to calm down the people who were afraid that Apple was tracking their every move in the discovery of a secret file that had a location on where you had been. With the new release, that is gone but the i0nic’s untethered jailbreak vulnerability was not fixed, leading to the conclusion by Comex that 4.3.3 could be easily jailbroken with the RedSn0w tool within the next couple of days.

What this means is that RedSn0w and PwnageTool will be updated in the new future for those of you who accidentally updated or just found out what jailbreaking is. These jailbreaks will most likely be beta tested and then released. In addition, Sn0wBreeze will also probably be updated.

If you are deciding whether or not to update to 4.3.3 before an update, I would recommend not doing so as 4.3.3 does not add any major new features as some previous updates had done. The location tracking is not a big deal as Apple would never use this sort of data. Apple doesn’t care where you’ve been with they’re phone.

Are you guys looking forward to the next jailbreak? Will you be staying put and not updating? Leave your thoughts below.
