iPhone 4S Jailbreak: “Not Much Longer Now”

We have been hearing for a couple of weeks now that the iPhone 4S and iPad 2 iOS 5 jailbreak is not too long away. While these rumors have been going on for a couple of weeks now, it seems as if the release of the jailbreak should not be too long from now. Chronic Dev Team frontman P0sixNinja just tweeted that it should not take much longer now to compete the package for the jailbreak and release it to the general public.

While we have heard this coming from the team a couple of times, it seems as if this time, the release may be pretty imminent.

If you guys don’t know what jailbreaking is, it’s essentially unlocking your iPhone’s software and allowing a lot of cool 3rd party software to be installed on it at your choosing. For example, tweaks such as Springtomize from the Cydia store allows you to customize the look of your phone.

Today is Thursday. Just a couple more days until the weekend. Will Sunday be a Funday?
