Fierce Wireless reported yesterday that according to John Stankey (AT&T Operations CEO), AT&T will launch commercial LTE in 2011. LTE means Long Term Evolution, fancy for the 4G network. AT&T has already started testing the 4G network in Dallas and Baltimore. If you plug your iPhone or iPod Touch into your computer today, you will notice that iTunes is asking if you would like to upgrade to 4.1. If your iPhone or iPod touch is not jailbroken then I suggest upgrading!
