Sprint iPhone All But Confirmed
With a likely release in October coming for the next generation iPhone, it is likely that we see another carrier added to the iPhone’s lineup of Verizon and AT&T. Sprint is the most likely candidate for getting the phone and it seems all but confirmed that the phone is on the way to the network.
The latest new regarding the possible release of the iPhone comes from Sprintfeed, who says that employees have been blacked out from taking any vacations from September 30th to October 12th. This is a period of about two weeks where employees will be forced to come into work instead of taking a vacation, meaning Sprint is going to need a lot of hands for a release of a new phone. This was a similar situation to Verizon, when the BIg Red blacked out their employees at the release of the Verizon iPhone.
In addition, Sprint is likely going to be the only company of the three that are going to have the phone to offer unlimited data with the iPhone, making it an enticing option for those on AT&T and Verizon, who are currently restricted to their 2GB plans on the networks.
Are you going to pick up a Sprint iPhone when that occurs?
